Assessment cost CAD
120 employees × $100 per person
One-time Verified Assessment, before tax or funding. Practice and learning plans are separate.
Supports approved training, including eligible examination fees. Employers with 100 or more staff contribute at least half; smaller employers generally contribute at least one-sixth.
Applications currently cover 25 or fewer trainees. An eligible third-party provider must deliver the training, and approval is required before it begins. Standalone assessment eligibility is not confirmed.
Digital Modernization and Adoption Plan (DMAP) — Ontario
Up to CAD $15,000 in support for a digital modernization and adoption plan developed with a Digital Adoption Consultant. This is project funding, not an automatic discount on the assessment.
For Ontario-based, for-profit companies with 1-499 employees. First come, first served while funds last. OCI must confirm the proposed assessment and consultant meet its requirements.
Funding is not included in the price above. Program availability, provider eligibility, and the assessment's fit must be confirmed before you commit. No funding award is guaranteed.
Questions
Before you begin.
Start with practice or a verified baseline. Continue with learning when you are ready.
The Verified AI Fluency Assessment costs CAD $100 per employee and is purchased separately. It creates the official baseline required before an Individual Learning Plan or Company Progress Plan begins.
The Individual Learning Plan is CAD $50 per month with a six-month minimum. Company Progress is CAD $20 per employee per month for 10–50 employees or CAD $15 for 51–500 employees, also with a six-month minimum. The optional Guided Learning Add-on is CAD $40 per employee per month.
Responses are auto-graded against the four-part rubric, calibrated to human expert graders. Each employee receives a Verified AI Fluency Score out of 800 and a report showing where to build next. Individuals can continue with monthly learning; companies can add a shared dashboard, benchmark comparisons, Practice Reviews in months 3 and 6, and a Verified Reassessment in month 6.
The CAD $45 Practice Review is available anytime and is deliberately unofficial. It identifies missed questions and the correct answers, but it does not produce a numeric score, proficiency band, certificate, or badge. Only the CAD $100 Verified Assessment produces the official Verified AI Fluency Score.
Each month, an employee receives 40 new scenarios — 10 in each assessment dimension — plus an explanation for every incorrectly answered question. The Individual Learning Plan includes this cycle directly. Companies can add it for employees through the Guided Learning Add-on.
Evidence of work someone can actually do: a workflow they built, a document drafted with AI, or a tool their team shipped. Alongside scenario responses, this evidence is scored against the 800-point rubric calibrated to human expert graders, rather than relying on self-reported confidence.
Use the baseline to set a realistic target for each function, then direct practice and learning toward the gaps the score reveals. A Verified Reassessment after month six compares the new result with the same official standard, while the Company Progress dashboard makes function-level patterns visible.
Yes. Tell our team about your RFP, budget cycle, and procurement requirements so the rollout can be agreed with your institution. The standard company checkout and funding estimator are designed for private-company purchases, not institutional procurement.
Assessment and dashboard data is hosted on Canadian cloud infrastructure. Employee personally identifiable information (PII) is not shared with third-party AI model providers.
For a procurement or security review, ask our team for data-processing, retention, and security documentation before submitting workforce evidence.
